H: Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the shirt (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.
W: Lay the garment down on a flat surface and measure it from left to right across the chest, about 2cm below the arms.
Measurements are provided by suppliers and garments may run smaller or larger with a difference of +/- 2.5cm

For Hercules' fifth labor, a task of cunning over strength was set before him: to clean the Augean stables in a single day.
These were no ordinary stables; owned by King Augeas, they housed thousands of divine cattle and had not been cleaned for years, if not decades, accumulating an almost insurmountable amount of filth. The task seemed impossible, a labor designed more to humiliate than to challenge the son of Zeus. Yet, it was in this seemingly lowly chore that Hercules' ingenuity would shine brightest.
