Returns

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully convinced by the item you received or wish to exchange it, no problem—returns are handled individually and with care. Please contact us at returns@lumleap.com within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted for:

  • Unworn items in original condition and packaging (including tags)
  • Defective, damaged, or low-quality items
  • Incorrect items or order errors

You may also return the item if you're simply not satisfied. In this case, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If the item qualifies, we’ll proceed with a refund to your original payment method—this may take up to 7 days to process.

In cases of damage or quality concerns, our team will review the issue. If validated, we’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge. If a replacement is not possible or time is a concern, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Labels

As a small business in the fashion industry, we unfortunately cannot offer free return labels. Providing them would require us to raise our prices. However, we’re happy to discuss each case individually, depending on the destination and delivery provider.

Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Insufficient or incorrect address
  • Rejected delivery
  • Unclaimed at the post office

…it may be disposed of by the carrier. In these cases, you will need to place a new order. Shipping costs for re-delivery are the customer's responsibility. If the error was unintentional, we encourage you to contact us to find a fair solution.

Important Notes

  • Slight colour variations in prints are normal due to the printing process and are not considered defects.

Care instructions

To ensure your T-shirt stays in great condition for as long as possible, please follow the care instructions below.

Washing tips

  • Turn inside out before each wash
  • Wash at a maximum of 30°C
  • Do not use fabric softeners or heavy-duty detergents
  • Do not dry clean or bleach
  • Important note: Vibrantly colored fabrics (especially reds) may bleed during the first wash. We recommend washing them separately or with similar colors the first time.

Care tips

  • Turn inside out before ironing
  • Do not let printed areas touch or overlap while ironing
  • Do not iron directly over the print
  • Avoid pulling, scratching, or tearing the printed areas
  • Do not dry with hot air (avoid tumble drying)
